New or used refers to the condition of the book only. Your textbook must be generally in good re-sellable condition, no water damage, torn (out) pages, or heavily written in with ink or highlighting. Issues during transit can be greatly reduced if proper packaging procedures are followed. Please include all accompanying supplementary material, (access codes, cds, dvds, etc.) Please package your shipment carefully. Writing, bent corners, highlighting, smudges, 'complimentary copy' stamps, 'Free Copy' stamps, or any other alternative publisher markings on or inside the textbook will preclude the item from being checked in as 'new.' Copyright date, age of the book, or date you received the book has no bearing as to condition.
New Condition Textbooks: A 'New Condition' textbook is received in clean, pristine condition.
